Description
Villa Kyveli is a majestic property, situated in the prime Agia Sofia area and overlooking the Aegean Sea, conveniently close to Mykonos town and the new port. It consists of 9 en suite bedrooms, out of which one single, and a maid’s room (staff in-house) and features an outdoor area with an Infinity Pool with spectacular panoramic sea/sunset views. The multiple lounge spots on the various levels of the property, give the guests the ideal opportunity to relax, enjoy the Mediterranean surroundings and relish the renowned Greek sun. The villa is exceptionally luxurious and features especially high-end, unique pieces of furniture and art, while its interior spaces are gracefully decorated with warm, earthly colours and wooden details. The property also features a Hammam and fully equipped gym unit (indoor and outdoor with sea views), an outdoor built-in Jacuzzi and a bio garden, while the picturesque chapel with the sea/sunset views and the professional Chef’s Kitchen make it simply ideal for events.
Layout In detail, Villa Kyveli expands on multiple levels as follows: the main entrance is located at the highest level which hosts the parking area and leads to the upper level with the Hammam and gym facilities and the entrance to the first guest room (“Syros”) which features a mezzanine with an en suite double bedroom and a spacious wooden terrace with a built-in Jacuzzi.
The next level down (main/pool level) hosts the main outdoor area with the Infinity pool, the pool bar, a pool bathroom facility and the 2 main accommodation units on the left and right of the pool. The first unit (Unit A) hosts the kitchen and main living and dining area on the ground floor and 1 double bedroom (“Naxos”) on the first floor. Behind this unit, the Chef’s kitchen and staff facilities are located. The second unit (Unit B) hosts 2 double bedrooms (“Tinos” and “Andros” which may be optionally interconnected). Descending to the lower level, the bio garden may be found on the left and the cave style passage on the right, which exits to the guest houses area. This area hosts another 5 guest rooms with independent entrances (“Yaros”, “Baos”, “Rhenia”, “Delos” and “Paros”), a kitchenette for this area and the chapel. All guest rooms are double except “Baos” which is the single bedroom. In addition, “Delos” and “Rhenia” are optionally interconnected while “Rhenia” may also be set as a quadruple with the use of 2 roll-away pull-out beds. All units and levels enjoy amazing sea/sunset views.
